    Help Desk Support Mission

The primary mission of the Help Desk is to provide first-level academic computing support to UL Lafayette students, faculty, and staff. This support is provided through (1) activation of UCS academic computing accounts; (2) general assistance with UCS academic computing resources and resources authenticated by the UCS username and password; and (3) providing advice regarding other academic computing tasks at the University.

The Help Desk only provides configuration support and advice for users accessing UL Lafayette computing resources. Click [here] to learn more about Help Desk support.
